Troy Marsh graduated from the University of Georgia in 1987 and earned a Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He is admitted to practice in all state and superior courts in Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Marsh is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Bulloch County Bar Association, and the Brain Injury Association of Georgia.
Troy Marsh is a registered mediator in general civil and domestic cases, has served on the board of directors of the Statesboro/Bulloch County Chamber of Commerce, and is past chairman of the Chamber's Transportation Committee. Mr. Marsh is a former Solicitor-General of Screven County, Georgia. He has been married for twenty-two years and has two children, ages 15 and 12.
